Edu Info Group is a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming properties into valuable assets for the community. We specialize in buying sites and developing them into multiple accommodation units, as well as extending and renovating properties for rental and sale.

 

Our Property Equity Structure
Our unique property equity model ensures that the benefits of our developments are shared fairly among stakeholders. Here's how it works:

1.Site Owners
   -Owners of the sites retain a majority stake, receiving  55% of the equity.
   
2. Edu Info property Fund
   - 25% of the equity is allocated to the Edu Info Fund, supporting our mission and enabling us to undertake more development projects.After 5 years 10 percent is split between the family and community members
   
3. Community
   - 20% of the equity is dedicated to the community, fostering local development and supporting community initiatives.

  -Joining the Portfolio
  - Site owners who wish to join our property ownership portfolio can do so easily. By partnering with us, they can leverage our expertise and resources to enhance their properties and achieve greater returns.

  - We undertake comprehensive development and renovation projects, transforming properties into high-quality accommodation units.
